Sin Azufre is a handcrafted personal project by Piero himself. It is an experiment of making wine without science, using only the eyes, nose, palette, and reasoning as tools. It is soft and balanced with lively aromas of dried raspberry, rose petal, poppies and herbs. It is transparent and energetic with pronounced minerality and soft tannins.
Organic & Biodynamic farming practices. Native yeast fermentation, no added sulfur, natural wine.
Serve with a slight chill on it and enjoy with salmon or Grilled Swordfish with Tomatoes and Oregano.
