A very crushable (1 liter bottle!) orange wine made from organic/biodynamic vineyards in Lazio, on the western coast of Italy. Mostly Procanico and Malvasia, with a little Roscetto, Verdello, Petino and Romanesco in the mix too. Vibrant with just the right amount of Meyer lemon and orange citrus, stone fruit and almond spice.
Fermented spontaneously with native yeasts, unfiltered, unfined, no added sulfites.
