This rosé is a blend of Grenache, Rolle (also known as vermentino) and Syrah. It is light-bodied with aromas of lavender, dried herbs, watermelon, white flowers, and peach. On the palate this wine is full of white peach, ripe melon, grapefruit, and Meyer lemon. Organic farming practices.
This would pair well with grilled shrimp and a light lemon butter pasta, Comté or gruyere cheese.
