Roussot Dolcetto d’Alba is from vineyards located within the Barolo district of Cannubi. Roussot is a seriously good Dolcetto. It is dry and medium-bodied with hints of black cherry, pomegranate, cranberry, potpourri and white pepper.
This wine really comes to life when paired with food. Try it with herbed chicken breast or classic carbonara with pecorino romano and pancetta.
