A classic representation of Pinot Noir with a very good expression of terroir. Tart red raspberry, pomegranate, and cherry fruit on the nose followed by hints of dried earth, mushroom and a touch of purple flower. Amazing balance and acidity. This wine is drinking well now and will age gracefully over the next 10-20 years.
Sustainably grown, native yeast fermentation, unfiltered.
Enjoy with roasted vegetables and any sort of game, like this Gascon-Style Duck Confit.
